What is your background? BEd (Hons) Physical Education.

How long have you worked in this industry? I have worked with young people for 14 years in education and 17 years through sports coaching. I also played Semi Professional football for 14 years.

What is your USP? Through my experiences of working with young people and adults I feel I am able to contribute and recognise what the customers want and how to deliver this.

What is your favourite childhood memory of a trip? A trip with one of my football teams when I was younger to play in a football tournament in the North of Scotland.
